The Mont-Rebei gorge
The spectacular Mont-Rebei gorge was formed where the Noguera Ribagorzana river cuts through the ‘Sierra de Montsec’ and divides the ridge into 2 parts; the ‘Montsec d’Ares’ on the Catalan side and ‘Montsec del Estall’ in Aragon.
The setting is impressive; the walls rise vertically to a height of about 500m and at some points the gorge is just 20m wide.
In 2013, a new and exciting route through the gorge was constructed in the form of a zigzag stairway that scales the sheer wall and connects with a suspension bridge over the river.

KAYAKS:

Mont-Rebei 'Lite'
This is ideal for family groups and those who prefer to enjoy the gorge in a comfortable and relaxed way without physical exertion. It’s suitable for everyone. You enter the gorge in our motor boat right up to the point where you start the kayak trip. After completing the excursion you return to Corçà by motor boat.

Mont-Rebei gorge trip
Aimed at those who want to enjoy the natural environment at their own pace!
You can enjoy the time as you wish, paddling where you want or hire a guide to show you the way.

There is no time-limit and you are left to your own devices to set the itinerary. You can stop whenever you like to swim, relax, eat or simply soak up the amazing scenery.

Montsec-Cross Kayak 
A spectacular journey through the stunning gorges linking the Canelles and Santa Ana reservoirs. The complete trip takes you through the Mont-Rebei gorge, the Seguer gorge, passing by Pertusa and into the Fet gorge, finishing at the old abandoned village of Blancafort located at the end of the reservoir. You will be travelling through untouched areas accessible only from the water.

Out in a kayak / return walking 

This is the ‘complete’ experience. A mix of kayaking and walking that allows you to discover Mont-Rebei from different perspectives.

The path through Mont-Rebei is part of the network of walking routes in Catalunya and Aragón, it’s neither technically nor physically difficult.

Kayak-trek La Pertusa
Leaving from the dock at Corçà, you paddle across the lake
passing the head of the gorge and return via the path up to
the Roman chapel at Pertusa

Kayak-trek Montfalcó
Leaving from the dock at Corçà, you cross the lake by kayak to the Aragon side where you leave the kayaks and take the path to the spectacular zigzag staircase and back to the dock at Montfalcó where the motor boat will meet you.

EXCURSION BY AQUA BUS:

… fancy Mont-Rebei without any effort? Then this is for you! Suitable for all ages you can enjoy the natural secluded parts of the lake that are impossible to access except from the water.
Please note that our boat, the aqua-bus has an electric motor which allows us to enjoy the natural environment without causing unnecessary impact or noise.

Mont-Rebei by boat:
Leaving from the dock at Corçà, we sail north passing Pertusa and the Seguer gorge, where we see the impressive zigzag staircase and the Aragón suspension bridge.
